Jennifer Kunz

The author has written her PhD. thesis in the area of knowledge management and organizational learning. Her current research focuses on the one hand on learning of and within organizations, especially the role of accounting data for these learning processes, and on the other hand on the usefulness of computer-based simulations in this area.
