Françoise Gourmelon
F. Gourmelon is a senior research worker at the CNRS (French National Center for Scientifical Research). She is a member of the Géomer laboratory (UMR 6554 CNRS-LETG), part of the European Institute of Marine Studies. She has been using GIS in ICZM studies since 1989. She has been working with coastal and marine applications such as landuse and landcover changes in protected islets in temperate and tropical coastal zones. Her current focuses are on the coupling of models with GIS for better knowledge of social/natural dynamics.

Mathias Rouan
M. Rouan is a study engineer in computer science at the CNRS. He is a member of the Géomer laboratory (UMR 6554 CNRS-LETG), part of the European Institute of Marine Studies. He is specialized in Agent Based Modeling applied to environmental thematic (ICZM studies, nature/society interactions) and cataloging of Geographic Information.

Jean-François Lefevre
JF Lefevre is a training consultant at Oxiane, a French IT company dedicated to help its customers to deal with object technologies. He had worked from 1990 to 2005 in the Visualworks commercial distribution activity in France, providing training, coaching and support for French Smalltalk users. His main activities today concern training and consulting in object and web technologies and Agile methodology.
