Guillermo Montes

Guillermo Montes Ph.D. is an Associate Professor at the Ralph C. Wilson Jr. School of Education, St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY. He obtained his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Rochester in 1996. He also serves as Director of Research of the Children's Institute Inc. He has published in the area of health and educational services for children with disabilities.
