Hong Zhang

Hong Zhang received the doctor degree in economics co-granted by Renmin University of China and Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is a professor in the Institute of Real Estate Research of Tsinghua University in Beijing now. Her current research interests include real estate economics, real estate finance, land management and real estate corporation governance. She is also a part-time professor for Northwestern Polytechnic University and the member of the Youth Academia Branch of China Land Academy as well as a council member of Chinese Research Institute of Construction Management.

Yang Li

Yang Li received his master degree in industrial management from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium and his bachelor degree in civil engineering from Zhejiang University, China. He is now a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Construction Management of Tsinghua University, China. He also worked as global supply manager in Lenovo Group during 2006-2010.
