Luis R. Izquierdo
Luis is a complex systems modeller with a strong background in economics, computer simulation and mathematics. His main area of expertise is game theory and the analysis of complex systems. Luis is currently lecturing Economics, Finance, Machine Learning, Complex Systems Modelling and Statistics at the University of Burgos (Spain). Luis is interested in learning and evolutionary game theory, complex systems modelling, philosophy of modelling and the use of models, networks and social dilemmas.

Doina Olaru
A railway engineer by training, Doina has experience in academia, research, and industry. She is currently lecturing in Data Analysis and Decision Making at The University of Western Australia Business School. Doina’s research interests are in: travel behaviour, transport planning, multivariate data analysis, computer modelling applications in business and transport.

Segismundo S. Izquierdo
Segismundo Izquierdo is an Associate Professor in Economics at the University of Valladolid (Spain). Between 1998 and 2001 he was a business consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. His PhD dissertation (2005) investigated System Identification techniques with applications in Econometrics. His areas of research include Markov processes, learning algorithms and evolutionary game theory, applied mainly to microeconomic problems.

Geoffrey N. Soutar
Geoff Soutar is Winthrop Professor and Nancy Keegan and Don Voelte Distinguished Scholar at the University of Western Australia Business School. He is a Fellow and Life Member of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management and was an Inaugural Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Marketing Academy. Geoff has published widely across a wide range of areas. He was the recipient of an Australian and New Zealand Marketing Academy Distinguished Researcher Award and an Australian Teaching and a Learning Council Citation for Outstanding Contribution to Student Learning.
