Oswaldo Terán

Oswaldo Terán is a lecturer and researcher at the Operations Research Department, University of Los Andes, Venezuela. He is also a member of the Centro de Simulacion y Modelos (CESIMO: Center for Simulation and Modeling). Universidad de Los Andes. Venezuela. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Computational Modelling at the Centre for Policy Modelling, Manchester Metropolitan University, in 2001. He became a Systems Engineer at the Universidad de Los Andes in January 1992.
