István Back received his master's degree in computer science in 2003 from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Hungary. He is currently working on his doctoral thesis at the Interuniversity Center for Social Science Theory and Methodology (ICS) in the University of Groningen (RuG), the Netherlands.

Andreas Flache

Andreas Flache is currently assistant professor for methodology at the sociology department of the University of Groningen, The Netherlands. He applies computational and game theoretical modelling, laboratory experimentation and survey research. He has published his work recently in, e.g., JASSS, Journal of Mathematical Sociology, Journal of Conflict Resolution, Rationality and Society and Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
